AES was founded in 1995 by Louis Rosenbaum (President)and Joshua DeCarl (VP). Louis retired in 2014 and Debra Fisher took over as President of AES. Mr DeCarl continues to be responsible for all estimating, project management, scheduling and client relations. He has a B.S.degree in biology, five years of experience with two large Bay Area Environmental Engineering companies, in additon to over 15 years experience in the Transporation and Disposal industry.

Ms. Fisher has taken over the front office and is responsible for billing, contracts, and bookeeping. She has a B.S. degree in dental science and for the past five years has run her own construction and home design businesses.

Since our inception, we have disposed of over 600,000 tons of soil, 250,000 gallons of water, and 5,000 barrels of drummed waste. We have worked for some of the largest building contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area in addition to many municipalities and state agancies, such as City of San Francisco, City of Emeryville, Cal-Trans, and EBMUD.

AES has helped industry and government find practical solutions to disposal of difficult waste streams including contaminated soil and groundwater. For the past 15 years, we have solved complex environmental challenges by applying the most innovative and cost effective technologies know in the envronmental field including; on and off site remediation. We apply our expertise for our clients benefit and we profit on a unit cost basis as a de facto consultant on all projects on which we are employed.
